Transition PMO (F/M)

• Support each stage of change (Dry Runs, UAT, training, hypercare, implementation of new processes, tools, procedures, etc.)
• Help understand the solution, prepare deliverables, adapt our processes in accordance with the Core Model and local needs (change, benchmark with post Go Live entities, etc.)
• Communicate with the central project team on the OMS / ITT / ECOM / Pricing perimeter (translation of information / synthesis of needs and expectations)
• Coordinate the project on the perimeter (watch of the respect of the schedules, the coherence of the actions carried out on the other streams having an impact on the tools and the processes, alert on the points of vigilance...)
• Coordinate the local project manager / PMO
• Take charge of any new OMS assimilated missions generated by the project (Workbench, management of assortments, etc.)

• Proven experience in project management as AMOA, Business Solution Expert or similar (UAT / AMOA, etc.)
• Experience as Key User ERP modules (type SAP, M3, DX, WMS, Sage, etc.)
• Strong involvement in the Data Migration / UAT / Key and End User Training / Cutover phases
• Excellent pedagogue and excellent writing skills (in French and English) to understand / explain / write SOP / Change Management / User guidelines
• Very good communication (fluid and accessible for all, both with internal/external experts and with IT teams)
• Strong computer skills (BI, interfaces, data, etc.)
• Ability to manage priorities and anticipate risks in a context of strong ad-hoc demands
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience (ideally within commercial entities in the selective/luxury retail sector)
• Proficiency in professional English (Business / IT)
