Transition Technical Director M/F

Reactive Executive is looking for a Technical Director of transition M/F in the Pharmaceutical sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage production sites (small or medium series),
Define and implement Innovation and R&D Action Plans,
Manage and organize engineering work, product life cycle, development and innovation for all Life Sciences products,
Manage a team of approximately 40 FTE / Design & Research and Development Office,
Set up the standardization and industrialization of products, performance management.

Required profile

Proven experience (between 10 and 15 years) in a position of Manager or Management of production sites (small or medium series),
Pharmaceutical / Industrial / Automotive Sector,
Project / Change Management / Lean Management,
Knowledge of the various technical aspects: electricity, automation, materials, plastic injection,
Managerial capacity and leadership,
Good level of English and French (written and oral).
