Transition Production Director (F/H)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Production Manager (F/H) for one of its clients in the Industrial sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement production plans based on company objectives,
Supervise production staff
Motivate and mobilize the team to achieve production objectives,
Participate in the continuous improvement and reorganization of manufacturing processes in order to optimize product quality,
Ensure the technical coordination of the production schedule while respecting QHSE and regulatory constraints.

Required profile

Significant experience in production management in the Industrial sector,
Appetite for products of chemical origin,
Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure,
Good communication and leadership skills,
Good knowledge of quality and safety standards applicable to the industry,
English imperative.
