Transition Plant & Production Manager (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Plant & Production Manager (M/F) for one of its clients in the Industrial sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage production: plan, organize and supervise production,
Manage Human Resources,
Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profits,
Satisfy and retain customers,
Ensure the safety of employees, equipment and facilities,
Ensure plant compliance with safety standards,
Oversee supply chain, logistics and product distribution.

Required profile

Expert in the industrial world of the metal construction type,
Knowledge of the requirements and type of clients addressed,
Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, lifting, assembly and erection of large assemblies,
Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise the entire operation of an industrial production unit,
Ability to operate in multi-business project mode,
Adaptable - Listening - Technical - Sense of the customer - Respectful of the quality requirements of its customers,
Ability to deliver projects on time while respecting initial budgets.
