Transition Performance Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in transition management, is looking for a Transition Performance Director (M/F) for one of its clients in the Transport sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Set up harmonized processes including diagnosis, definition of action plans and acceptance,
Instill a culture of performance within the organization,
Measure productivity using SQCDP norms and standards (Safety, Quality, Cost, Time, People),
Systematize the operational analysis of loss-making services, by defining, deploying and following an appropriate action plan,
Disseminate best practices like SQCDP to the entire company.

Required profile

Excellent knowledge of the norms and standards of performance in logistics,
Ability to structure procedures in a formal manner,
Proven skills in training,
Ability to communicate effectively and build buy-in,
Fluency in English at a fluent level.
