Transition Commercial Director (F/H)

Your main responsibilities will be:

Develop the activity in France and abroad (Spain, Africa, Italy, Bulgaria, etc.)
Structure the activity, the processes and the tools (optimization of the mapping of customers and prospects, etc.)
Manage KPI's
Manage sales priorities with the aim of signing more and faster
Ensure a role of communication and marketing director in order to better position OPTIMUM TRACKER
Participate in recruitments then manage the 3 sales representatives
Reporting to the General Manager

Required profile

Strong skills in business methodology and processes
Resulting from the sale of associated infrastructure and services, ideally infra solar
English required
