Interim Deputy Human Resources Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Deputy Human Resources Director (F/H) in the Industrial sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Support the management team in the overall function and support the Director of Human Resources,
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a supportive and productive work environment for all employees,
Actively participate in the preparation of the end-of-year negotiations and the transition with the new collective agreement, while ensuring the various tasks of the HR function.

Required profile

Knowledge of the Collective Convention of Metallurgy is essential,
Clear and effective communication, as well as an ability to solve problems quickly and proactively, are qualities necessary to succeed in this demanding role in an industrial environment,
An ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders,
A sense of organization and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously are also crucial aspects.
