Interim Deputy Human Resources Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Deputy Human Resources Director (F/H) in the Industrial sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Support the management team in the overall function and support the Director of Human Resources,
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a supportive and productive work environment for all employees,
  • Actively participate in the preparation of the end-of-year negotiations and the transition with the new collective agreement, while ensuring the various tasks of the HR function.
Required profile
  • Knowledge of the Collective Convention of Metallurgy is essential,
  • Clear and effective communication, as well as an ability to solve problems quickly and proactively, are qualities necessary to succeed in this demanding role in an industrial environment,
  • An ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders,
  • A sense of organization and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously are also crucial aspects.
