Director of Operations (M/F) (Job filled)

REACTIVE EXECUTIVE is looking for an Operations Director (M/F) in the industrial sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Supervise production, methods, purchasing, logistics and quality control
  • Optimize flows between the sales department and the design office to meet delivery deadlines
  • Establish and monitor the operational budget, ensuring that forecasts are met
  • Identify areas for optimizing internal processes, particularly regarding a possible return to an old ERP
  • Streamline inter-departmental communication to increase overall efficiency
  • Promote team cohesion and commitment towards common objectives
Required profile
  • Proven expertise in mechanical engineering and mechanical welding
  • Significant experience in operations management in an industrial context
  • Strong skills in financial management and budgetary steering
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry safety regulations and standards
  • Natural leadership with the ability to motivate and unite teams
  • Exceptional organization and rigor to structure processes and manage complex priorities
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a demanding environment
