Philippe Gosselet, I spent 29 years abroad in the automotive and agri-food industry in General Management, Sales Management, Risk and Crisis Management, and Project Management.
What does interim management bring you?
Interim management allows me to put my skills at the service of companies of all sizes and in different business sectors. Helping companies solve their problems gives me great satisfaction.
What do you bring to companies?
I provide companies with technical and commercial skills, which relate to development, production, quality and logistics, but also human and relational skills. The key is to involve people from the company in solving the problem. It is a guarantee of success and sustainability. My 29 years of management are very useful to me in this process.
What are your first actions when starting a mission?
When starting a mission, my first actions are to listen and understand, to identify the positive aspects and areas for improvement. You then have to explain why, convince with a precise action plan and involve the teams by staying by their side.
