Transition Project Director F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for a Transition Project Director (F/M) in the energy sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Lead as transition manager the role of Project Owner (MOA) between the business team and the Named Users Department (DUN), thus relieving the director of this responsibility so that he can concentrate on operational management of the team,
Ensure monitoring of developments and corrections of the tool by being the entry point and main interface of the DUN, as transition manager,
Benefit from the support of a dedicated resource, the DSI referent of the ADV team, to facilitate the effective management of the tasks assigned as transition manager.

Required profile

Expert in managerial transition, with dual skills in Information Systems and Finance,
Excellent mastery of OTC (Order to Cash) processes, guaranteeing efficient management of operations,
Proven competence as a Project Owner (MOA), capable of contributing significantly to the continuous improvement of processes,
In-depth knowledge of the specificities of the energy market, thus providing valuable added value in an operational context.
