Transitional Human Resources Director M/F (Position filled)

REACTIVE EXECUTIVE is looking for a transitional HRD (M/F) for one of its clients in the industrial sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Managing a dedicated team, setting priorities, evaluating performance and developing skills, while fostering a collaborative environment.
Management of urgent recruitments.
Maintain constructive social dialogue and ensure smooth management of interactions with the CSE.
Ensure the continuity of critical functions, including the management of 300 monthly payrolls.
Implement strategies to improve operational performance

Required profile

Expertise in HR management in transformation contexts, with a collaborative, resilient and resourceful spirit, capable of proposing innovative solutions in the short and medium term.
Excellent command of English (essential), knowledge of German is an asset.
Management of legal and social aspects in collaboration with the lawyer in post.
