Interim Human Resources Director (F/M)

• Address the new organization with approximately 200 upcoming recruitments,
• Accompany teams on the training process,
• Organize the HR function of the site and bring it back to standard,
• Manage relationships with IRPs,

• Experience of the HR function on a site of around 1000 people,
• Experience in a context of very rapid growth,
• Good knowledge of matrix organizations,
• Experience in managing relations with IRPs,
• Good command of English.
