Transition Payroll Manager (F/M)

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Daily management of all payroll and personnel administration activities in France.
  • Coordination and skills development of a team in charge of payroll and personnel administration.
  • Review of all payroll and personnel administration processes with a view to establishing a more efficient organization within the department.
  • Implementation of HR reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) for the France region.
Required profile
  • Experience in ever-changing complex international/matrix environments.
  • Familiarity with merger and legal reorganization processes.
  • Fluency in fluent English required due to day-to-day interactions with the group.
