Calling on an Interim COO
If your Chief Operating Officer resigns or is absent for an extended period for health reasons, you do not want this position to remain vacant for too long. However, you can reasonably assume that you won’t find the profile you need so easily. Calling on an Interim Manager is a wise decision. Relay Management is one of the facets of Interim Management. Our Managers have vast experience in these special moments. They are immediately available and immediately adapt to their new working environment. This type of mission seldom lasts less than 6 months.
Crisis management (site closures, business disposals, restructuring, turnarounds, etc.) nonetheless accounts for more than half of the assignments carried out by an Interim Operations Manager. Business transformation, such as a change in business activity, the launch of a new product, the opening of a new site, a digital transformation or the improvement of results are projects that require expert assistance.
The Reactive Executive teams are made up of experienced Managers. Available, they can start their mission within a few days following your request. After making a precise diagnosis on the running of their department, they propose and implement the appropriate action plans.
These natural and insightful leaders lead their teams simply and accurately. They focus on the success of the task assigned to them and do not waste time with polite speeches that delay the implementation and application of the Management’s decisions.
