Dorothée Baude earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management and a Specialized Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship at ESC in Grenoble. She began her career in the electronics industry with Alcatel, where she served in various positions – in project mode – in the Production Management, Management Control and Supply Chain and Purchasing departments.
She continued to hone her purchasing knowledge in Dublin for Merck Generics, a German pharmaceutical company, before returning to France to join the aluminum branch of the major mining group Rio Tinto Alcan.
After eight years in manufacturing, she assisted struggling businesses with financial and administrative management. Subsequent to this experience, she joined the Interim Management department of an American firm, Robert Half International. Then Dorothée Baude finally created her own interim management company in September 2012 to offer high-end services.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications, David Kennedy quickly evolved into commercial functions, first in BtoB (GENERALI), then moving to sales force management positions in the pharmaceutical industry (Novartis , Generic Alter …).

His career took a turn when he joined one of the leaders of the outplacement to accompany the revitalization of troubled industrial basins.
In 2008, he decided to redirect his career to consulting by integrating Valtus Transition as Director of Development.
In 2017, he joined Reactive Executive to create the Human Resources Hub. Fully dedicated to the development of the relationship with the Transition Managers, he is in charge of the management of the HR team.
